The first version of the ABRomics platform is open!
The ABRomics project, which is funded by PROMISE and the Priority Research Programme (PRP) for Antibiotic Resistance, intends to create an online community platform to enhance surveillance and research on antimicrobial resistance from a One Health standpoint.
The development team at ABRomics is happy to announce the ABRomics platform’s launch today: https://analysis.abromics.fr/!
The ABRomics platform’s initial public release allows for free genetic data analysis. Users can obtain genomic data and related metadata, create a project, and invite colleagues.
At the conclusion of the procedure, a comprehensive analysis report is available. Users will be able to examine data from other projects, which will allow them to track the spread of particular antibiotic resistance traits or bacterial clones from the standpoint of public health.
